History

This lovely home was built during the mid-nineteenth Century and has a history of 160 years. It began as a Gentleman's residence, owned by the Lovat Family, who were the main landowners in this area at that time. It was sold to the first private owner in 1926, and since then has undergone many changes.

Since we came here, we have endeavoured to re-create the beauty of the Victorian age, complemented with 21st century comforts. The combination of these two elements make this home a special haven where our guests can relax and have a memorable stay.

Breathtaking Views

There is one very special place that we recommend our guests go to during their stay. Close by there is an area where you can stand on the shores of Loch Ness and look up the length of the Great Glen. The view itself is breathtaking, but the experience of listening to the water washing the shore at your feet is an absolute must!
