By Air
We are situated on the A82 Fort William to Inverness road. The nearest airports are situated in Glasgow , Edinburgh and Inverness .
By Car
By car, the A82 (The West Highland Way) winds North through Glencoe (where the filming of ‘Rob Roy' took place) and on to Fort William. Continue along the A82 to Inverness and as you enter the village of Fort Augustus we are situated on the right hand side just before the Lovat Arms Hotel on the opposite side of the road.
Travelling South from Inverness, enter Fort Augustus, continue over the Canal Bridge and we are situated approximately 200 metres further up the hill, on the left hand side.
Bus
Buses travel back and forth from Oban and Fort William to Inverness, stopping in the centre of Fort Augustus. Try Rapsons or Citylink for local and national bus timetables.
Rail
Main railway stations are situated in Fort William and Inverness and are all accessible from Glasgow , Edinburgh and Aberdeen. Try First Scot Rail for more details. Unfortunately there is no train service between Inverness and Fort William, but there is a good bus link.
