Rooms
We have seven beautiful en-suite bedrooms as follows. Prices quoted are per person, per night (Double and twin room prices are based on 2 people sharing, the triple rooms are based on 3 people sharing).
*The family rooms can be booked for two people if no other suitable room is available @ £35 per person, per night. The online bookng facility takes this into account when you book.
Online Booking
If you wish you can make your booking online. Please note that this booking facility does not take into account concessions for children. Children of 14 years and younger are charged at half the adult rate if accommodated in a single bed within the family rooms only. Please feel free to telephone us for further clarification if you wish before you book. Special Rates are available for 3 and 4 night stays that fall between the following dates:
5 th January – 28 th February and
1 st October – 20 th December

Conditions of booking
- A 20% deposit is required upon booking, and this can be paid easily by using our secure 'online booking service'. Alternatively by cheque, made payable to ‘Nia-Roo Lodge' or by Credit/Debit Card over the telephone on +44(0)1320 366783. Deposit payments will be refunded provided we are given 7 days notice of cancellation and previous enquiries from other guests for those dates have not been refused. A £5.00 administration fee will need to be deducted from deposits that are refunded because of cancellation due to costs incurred for cheque or card transactions. Late cancellation deposits can not be refunded, however, we are happy to carry these forward to another stay later in that year.
- Please note that rooms will be reserved until 6.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please inform us on the day, therefore, if you are due to arrive after this time.
- Rooms can be occupied after 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Guests are welcome to drop off their luggage before 3.00 p.m. if they wish.
